Ernesto Fonseca (b. Querétaro, Qro. México, 1970; lives and works in Phoenix) Ernesto received his BA from the Universidad del Valle de México, a soils specialty from the engineering school at Universidad de Guadalajara and MS in Building Design from Arizona State University.
