Helen E. Raleigh (b. Wilmington, Delaware, 1969; lives and works in Phoenix) Helen received her AGS from Glendale Community College, BFA in Intermedia Arts & Performance Media Studies with a minor in Film & Video from Arizona State University West, and MFA in Intermedia from Arizona State University.
