The ASU Art Museum has a long-standing commitment in exhibiting and collecting contemporary American crafts in a variety of media with a special emphasis on baskets, ceramics, wood and glass. Many of the acknowledged leaders in the field are represented including Dorothy Gill Barnes, Dale Chihuly, Ed and Philip Moulthrop, Ed Rossbach, Peter Voulkos and Howard Werner.
