ASU Art Museum Reproduction Fee Schedule

Reproductions of materials from the collections of the ASU Art Museum are provided under agreement for purposes as indicated in writing by the user and agreed upon by the museum. Conditions governing their use are specified by an agreement generated by the museum and to be signed both by the user and a representative of the museum. Costs for reproduction of materials from the ASU Art Museum collections are the sum of two fees: use and production fees. The ASU Art Museum reserves the right to require special fees for some forms of commercial uses. The prices listed herein are subject to change.

* Reuse Fees
All requests for reuse or change-in-use must be applied for in writing.

* Non-Profit Eligibility
We are pleased to support non-profit organizations by offering reduced rates. Non-profit fees are applicable only to those organizations able to prove legal not-for-profit status by providing suitable documentation such as tax-exempt certificates or letters of identification.

Color Publication Color, digital or 4x5 transparency photographic reproductions for one-time, one-use, non-exclusive, single language publication rights. Transparencies rented for a 120 day period. $200 replacement fee per lost or damaged transparencies.

Internet Use Per Year
Low-resolution images (72dpi) only. Credit line and link to website required.	$50	$100

In addition to the above stated use fees, users will be charged an "image production" fee. Users should note that the museum collections include a great number of objects, artifacts and images in disparate sizes, conditions and formats, thus affecting the method of reproduction. Some objects and images will require copy negatives while others will not. Total production fees are determined by the nature of the original material ordered as well as the user's desired end product. All negatives and color transparencies remain the property of the ASU Art Museum and are not available for purchase.

Rush Service Fees
Rush service is available at the discretion of the museum and must be confirmed before processing begins.
Ten Day Rush Order (not including shipping)	100% Surcharge of the entire order (i.e. double all use and production fees)
Five Day Rush Order (not including shipping)	200% Surcharge of the entire order (i.e. triple all use and production fees)

 

Videotaping at the Museum
In some instances, at the discretion of the Museum, users may film or videotape materials in our permanent collection. Please note that the museum requires at least 48 hours advance notice and that the applicable use and set-up fees will be charged.	Fees vary according to request
