Image Licensing

Publishing, Advertising and Other Projects

To obtain photographic materials for use as part of a publication, textbook, journal, promotional campaign or other project, please review the following guidelines prior to submitting your request.

Requests must include contact information (name, address, telephone, email), specify the image(s) requested and the following information applicable to your project:

• Publication/Project Title
• Author
• Publisher/Producer
• Publication/Release Date
• Geographic Distribution Area/Territory
• Language(s)
• Print Run/Circulation
• Publication Format/Media
• Duration
• Image Size
• Retail/Unit Price

For all online projects, you must provide the Internet address/URL and the duration your project will be available online.

We will provide you with one of the following for reproduction: 4x5 duplicate color transparency (subject to availability), TIFF file on CD, or a JPG by email (low-resolution images only).
