A reception for the artists took place Saturday, September 20, 1997 from 7-9pm.

Mark, Dean and Wilson at Subway Sandwiches on the corner of Tenth Street and Mill Avenue and Michelle at Desert Subway for their donation of six-foot subs. Four Peaks Brewery in Tempe for their donation of beer. Louella and her Sweet Lou's Hot Dog Cart for donating her time. 
ASU Parking and Transit Services Matt Inman for arranging exclusive use of lot 8 for the museum and Stephen Heim for his courteous and efficient parking control. The artists of both exhibitions. The ASU Art Museum Staff, Board, Docents and Student Employees. |
Jedi and Storm at Style Rock in Tempe for breaking and for getting other break dancers to battle. Masa(all the way from Tokyo), M2, and Felix for spinning the records and dropping the fat beats. Bill Brauckman and the bucket drummers for providing the tribal beat.  
Such for getting word out to the writers about our black-book gathering. Karen Waltuch and Shahzad Ismaily for their masterful playing of the viola and guitar. Jennifer-Marie Wallace, Angela Ellsworth and Val Valenzuela for their amazing performances. |
